Decals and Guest Permits

To obtain a decal, please email a copy of your vehicle registration(s) to Ashley@jlpropertymgtm.com. Once the vehicle(s) are registered, you will be asked to go to the Coral Springs office to pick them up. Each decal is $15.00, money order or cashier's check ONLY, made payable to J&L Property Management. Decals are placed in the back window - driver's side. You will also get a letter with instructions on how to register a guest. Each unit is limited to a total of 80 hours per month. Guests only have to be registered from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

IMPORTANT: Only approved residents can obtain parking decals. Guests visiting residents for more than thirty (30) days need to submit an application for approval.
