An application is required for Sales and Leasing
Anyone 18+ must be approved by the Association prior to moving into a unit
An in-person interview is required for all applicants
One (1) pet permitted - 15 lbs or less
$1000.00 security deposit required from the owner to lease
Leasing not permitted until AFTER one (1) year of purchase
Approved applicants must register their vehicle and obtain a parking decal
